Summary
Metalica is a forge world whose tech-priesthood has, by long discipline, all but abolished spoken organic language in favour of the Lingua-Technis. The priests’ larynxes are augmetic; their fluency is exclusive to Cant Mechanicus and Binary Cant. The world’s manufacturing strength is in infantry munitions and, especially, the production of vast Skitarii cohorts.

Doctrine
The Metalican doctrine holds that organic language carries inherent imprecision; that to speak in flesh-tones is to corrupt meaning. Only the cant binaric can express thought without loss, and so the worship of the Omnissiah is conducted entirely in the holy bandwidths.
